Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How do I connect over Bluetooth?
Turn on Bluetooth, open the app, and start the in-app connection. Then press the pairing button on the back of the product. On Android, allow location access. To force-release Bluetooth, hold the pairing button on the bottom for 15 seconds.
The Bluetooth connection is unstable.
On Android, close and reopen the app if Bluetooth disconnects. Behaviour can vary by phone model; stability improvements ship through app updates.
Does Bluetooth need to stay connected?
Yes — apart from the alarm function, features are inactive while Bluetooth is off. Open/close records sync automatically when Bluetooth reconnects.
Is it airtight?
Compartments are not individually sealed, so contents can be affected by temperature.
A soft capsule is not detected.
Soft capsules are not penetrated by the IR sensor, so their presence cannot be detected.
How do I know when the battery is full?
Charging shows a red LED; a blue LED means charging is complete. A charge lasts roughly 30–90 days depending on use.
Is it waterproof?
No. Keep the device away from water.
How do I clean it?
The ABS housing resists contamination. Wipe lightly with a dry cloth as soon as it gets dirty.
